We've all done it. Scrolled through perfectly curated posts and started comparing ourselves. For this mini research paper under my Social Psychology course, my team and I explored how social media usage relates to self-esteem and body image satisfaction among university students in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

With real data, relevant theories, and more than a few eye-opening patterns, this study dives into how constant exposure to digital "perfection" can affect the way we view ourselves. It is part research, part reflection, and definitely worth a scroll.
